The displayed price, which includes the reduced rate of VAT of 5% for individuals, is applicable only to the extent that the existing fiscal provisions regarding the reduced rate of VAT will be maintained until the date of purchase/handover of the property, otherwise the buyer will fully bear any the VAT difference would be due additionally, depending on the legal and fiscal provisions applicable from the date of signing the promise or the contract of sale – purchase / delivery of the good.
